VRS delivers fully interactive virtual career fairs that allow employers, veterans, and military spouses the opportunity to meet live from anywhere in the world from the convenience of their home or office. The VRS virtual recruitment center is open and available all the time which allows the job seeker to research each employer, view/apply for jobs, and chat with fellow veterans who are also online. During the virtual career fairs, the employer and job seekers can chat live in each employer's booth. VRS has also developed a military skills translator that allows the job seeker to search jobs by location, keyword, but more importantly their Military Occupation Specialty code (MOS) Since 2011, the VRS virtual career fairs have resulted in more than 18,000 veterans and military spouses being hired by hundreds of America's leading employers.
